Borrowers may need forms to document a number of activities under either the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) or the Federal Direct Loan Program (FDLP). TG provides many of these forms on this page in portable document format (PDF) for your downloading convenience. Many of these forms can be used for both FFELP and the FDLP.
