As a member of the executive management team, this position must have
C-level experience in:

• Operations
• Sales
• Marketing/Product Management
• Collections

Broad, yet comprehensive and extensive experience and knowledge of customer service, sales and marketing, and product management life cycle is critical. Along with Interpersonal skills and strategic thinking skills, experience having multiple Vice Presidents as direct reports along with diverse groups of teams is essential. The position oversees the operational and customer related functions which are critical to organizational effectiveness and revenue generation.

The position is located at the corporate office in Round Rock, Texas. Approximately 30% travel is expected.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years experience in operations and/or sales and marketing, with a minimum 5 years experience at an executive/senior level. Experience in student loan, consumer lending/collections and/or banking/financial services industry is preferred.

An undergraduate degree is required.
