The Business Process Engineer (BPE) is responsible for managing the product life cycle of assigned products (plan, realize, maintain, and end of life). The BPE considers segment manager customer requirements, technology roadmaps, current TG processes, and competitive offerings to create product roadmap. The BPE is also responsible for documenting product functionality and understanding the business process flow of the product both for the Corporation and targeted customers.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related discipline. Experience beyond the minimum work experience requirement can be substituted for college hours on a year for year basis.

Experience/skills Required
A minimum of three years of product management experience is required. Must have experience with business process diagrams, understanding change management as it relates to business process flow, experience with interacting with technical project management teams, interacting with operational analysts and performing product business analysis. Must have a high level of technology and business analysis acumen. Must have significant exposure to system development, product life-cycle methodologies and project management. Ability to create full stream business processes, ability to assess and evaluate complex situations in order to determine solutions that best meet the business and customer needs. Must possess the ability to solve problems independently and use strong written and verbal communication skills.
