The TG Users Group (TUG) has established a subcommittee for Financial Aid Management system (FAMs) users called the TG FAMily™.

The TG FAMily includes FAMs users from various schools who are committed to sharing their specific user experiences and implementation or troubleshooting expertise by serving as a point of contact for those needing assistance or advice on their FAMs-related issues. The goal of the TG FAMily is to provide support to TG’s school FAMs users, share experiences, best practices, and lessons learned, and to assist financial aid offices in incorporating the six most common FAM systems with TG’s products and services.
