Because of all the special terms lenders are offering student loan borrowers today, TG is no longer able to provide accurate preprinted disclosure statements for borrowers.

Effective July 1, 2006, TG will discontinue the production of new, revised, and reprinted Notice of Guarantee/Disclosure Statements currently referred to as NOGs. Lender and school partners will continue to receive an electronic CommonLine Guarantee Response which serves as TG's notice of guarantee. TG will offer a new Guaranteed Loan Information Report that can be obtained by both lenders and schools via AdvanTG Web™. This new report replaces TG's Notice of Guarantee/Disclosure Statement currently generated from TG's system and AdvanTG Web. The Guaranteed Loan Information Report is a new report that is not intended to be used for borrower disclosure purposes. It can be printed for new loan guarantees and revised disclosures.

In the case of reprints of disclosure statements, as today, lenders will need to enclose the appropriate Interest Rate Addendum with the disclosures. The disclosure templates and the Interest Rate Addenda are located below.
