The lender relationships team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with TG's lender and servicer associates. The team cultivates successful relationships by learning and understanding the lender processes, providing consulting on TG's own processes, and introducing solutions and tools. By understanding and assessing the lender processes, the team works to provide solutions that benefit the student, while also meeting the needs of the lender, the school, and TG. The team also works with TG's Regional Account Executives to integrate new national lender associates into TG.
As director, Kevin manages the efforts of TG's lender relationships team to provide excellent service to TG's lender and servicer associates. Kevin joined TG in 1998 and has more than 15 years of student financial aid experience. He has served as director since 2005. Prior to joining TG, Kevin worked for a large servicer in originations activity and in product marketing for a large national lender.
Kevin graduated from Virginia State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. An ROTC graduate, he is a retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army Reserve.

Aubrey Stelly
Senior Lender Consultant
As a senior lender consultant, Aubrey is responsible for identifying and building solid business relationships with other industry leaders. He also participates in the creation of new ventures for TG.
Aubrey joined TG in 1988 as the trainer for the loan servicing division. Since then, he has held positions in the lender/school services, policy and regulatory affairs, business development, and customer services teams.
