TG debuts redesigned Web site, focuses on user-friendly format

Round Rock, TX — TG has launched an enhanced version of its corporate Web site, TG Online, designed to provide financial aid information in a more efficient, user-friendly way. The redesigned TG Online focuses on addressing today's most pressing questions related to federal student loans and money management.

TG Online serves as an all-purpose Web site, answering college finance questions for students, and providing timely regulatory information for schools and lenders. The new site features more user-friendly navigation tools such as:

  • Streamlined format — content is grouped by topic and user needs.
  • Integrated Web tools — visitors can share online information through favorite social media sites.
  • Prominent help links — highlighted section helps visitors find answers online and gives customer assistance phone and e-mail information.

"When we started the TG Online redesign, we kept our school and borrower customers in mind," said Art Martinez, TG's Webmaster for Corporate Web Sites. "The site has all the key details that they have come to rely on, with added emphasis on getting it to them easier and faster."

Financial aid administrators will still find the full inventory of TG research tools and publications, like the School Fact Sheets, Shoptalk Online (e-newsletter), and the quarterly "Enrollment Management Journal: Student Access, Finance, and Success in Higher Education." Families and students can learn more about federal student loan programs, how to apply for federal student financial aid, and how to manage student loan debt from information provided on the Web site.
