The Federal Student Aid (FSA) Handbook provides guidance to schools and lenders that offer federal student assistance to students and borrowers. It is updated annually by the U.S. Department of Education (ED).

ED has published all the volumes of the 2009-10 FSA Handbook. To assist customers in using the FSA Handbook as a whole, TG has combined all of the volumes into one, easy-to-use, searchable PDF. The PDF includes bookmarks of all the individual volumes, as well as bookmarks of the chapters and appendices within each volume.
