Integrated Common Manual

The Integrated Common Manual archive file contains PDFs of monthly Revised Pages and Updates (bulletin language) since the last annual update of the Manual.
The Revised Pages files allow you to quickly and easily print revised pages for insertion into your paper Manual. Note: Revised pages are not intended to replace current pages, but, instead, are intended to show changes as a result of a policy update.
The Updates files provide information explaining particular Common Manual revisions, their effective dates, and other related information. This feature provides a historical record of revisions made to the Manual and facilitates research on program changes.
