Instructions for Downloading the Integrated Common Manual and Common Manual Updates

Here's how to download the PDF to your desktop:

PC Users

1. Right click the "Integrated Common Manual" link in the right-hand column of this page.
2. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose the "Save Target As" option.
3. For easy access, make sure "Desktop" is selected under "Save In" and click "Save."
4. The process is complete when the message "Download Complete" appears.
5. Download the latest version monthly to ensure the most up-to-date information.¹

Mac Users

1. Simultaneously hold the Control key and click the "Integrated Common Manual" link in the right-hand column of this page.
2. A dialog box prompts you to open a new window or download to disk. Choose download to disk.
3. For easy access, save the document to your desktop.
4. Download the latest version monthly to ensure the most up-to-date information.¹

¹ It is recommended that after you download the latest ICM, you send any previous version of the ICM to the Recycle Bin (PC) or Trash Can (Mac).
