Work and play. Challenge and opportunity. Principle and practice.
Part of achieving balance in life is knowing how to make good decisions about personal finances. To help schools teach students important financial literacy skills, TG offers the Positive+Balance program.
Positive+Balance features informative presentations for students and professionals on a variety of financial literacy topics. Sessions for professionals are aimed at educating financial aid staff and other administrators on key tactics for starting or improving a financial literacy program. Sessions for students cover a wide variety of financial literacy topics to help students succeed. Each session features an engaging visual presentation, and workbooks or handouts are available for students to take home and reference.
Positive+Balance is an excellent solution for schools seeking to develop or enhance financial literacy training for their students.
TG's Positive+Balance trainers are available to lead sessions in-person at your school, or you can choose to lead a session yourself by downloading the presentations and additional financial literacy resources for free from the Positive+Balance Community℠, TG's collaborative online resource for educators and financial aid professionals seeking financial literacy solutions and support.
If you would like TG's assistance in developing, implementing, or improving your financial literacy efforts, contact your account executive, or send an e-mail message to positivebalance@tgslc.org.
