Real Time Access

TG’s Real Time Access application allows schools, lenders, and servicers to perform a variety of functions. RTA is your connection to TG’s mainframe accessed via AdvanTG Web™. With RTA, you can inquire and modify your applications and loans. You can view and/or update:

• Pending applications for guarantee
• Scheduled disbursement dates and amounts
• Loan period begin and end date
• Borrower demographic information (street address as well as e-mail address)
• EFT disbursements
  • Schools can modify a disbursement status from "hold" to "release" (or vice versa)
  • Lenders can cancel disbursements or loans

RTA will also enable you to:

• Track and/or update borrower MPN status
• View borrower loan history information
• Request revised disclosure statements
• Look up schools, lenders, or servicers using either the institution’s ED ID or by their name or city
• Review disbursement information including non-TG FFELP and alternative disbursement information
