Specialized Reports

One of the options available under AdvanTG Web™ Reporting is Specialized Reports. These reports are unique to TG and help our customers in a variety of capacities.

Schools, lenders, and servicers can benefit from:

• Comprehensive Institutional Reports (CIR)
  These customizable report requests are simple to create and provide a variety of research information. Use this function to determine the volume of loans for your institution. Schools, lenders, and servicers can use these reports to review their loan volume portfolio in summary or detailed form. You can also request a report for one or multiple institutions in a single report. Once created, the report requests can be saved and with minor editing be reused repeatedly to produce data on a periodic basis.
• Advance Debit Notification (ADN) and Payment Detail Reports (PDR)
  These reports provide an itemized list of debits or credits that will be processed from the school or lender's account the next business day. ADN and PDRs are available in both report and file format.
• Expired EFT Disbursement Report
  This report is generated by institution identification number based on a profile at TG and is produced for both schools and lenders every day there are disbursements in an expired status.

Schools can receive and/or request a variety of reports, such as:

• Anticipated Graduation Date (AGD) Report
  AGD reports identify graduating students and print letters reminding them of their repayment obligations.
• Default Management Report (DMR)
  The DMR is an invaluable default prevention tool that provides a listing of all borrowers who entered loan repayment for a given period showing their repayment status; it also shows whether the borrower is delinquent on payments, in a claim pending status, or in default on a loan. Schools now have the option of requesting this report and can select the frequency that they receive it.
• Receive Electronic School Reports (ESR)
  ESRs provide a listing of borrowers delinquent on payments or in a claim pending status; this includes the skip trace report, which provides TG's contact information for delinquent borrowers. ESRs are available in report or data file format.
• TG’s Letter Writing Component (LWC)
  Schools can use ESR data files to create delinquency notification letters, with the help of AdvanTG Web's Letter Writing Component (LWC). The LWC generates letters by merging data files of borrower information with letter templates. The templates come in four formats depending on the borrower's status: 60 days, 159 days, or 210 days delinquent, or with a claim pending. Schools can either use TG’s standard templates or create their own, customized letters to better meet their school's particular needs.
