As higher education changes and the Latino population continues to grow, the higher education system will be challenged to evolve in its service to this population and a growing critical mass of nontraditional students to regain the position of the top country in the world with overall higher education degree completion. HSIs can provide critical leadership to support this increase in degree completion, but institutional practices and policies among a broader range of institutions evolving to serve the growing Latino population can also provide crucial examples and guidance for ensuring the youngest and fastest growing population in the U.S. has both access and the support to complete a college education.

A recent study from Excelencia in Education, funded by a grant from TG's Public Benefit Program, examines these critical issues. This webinar will help participants understand the institutional challenges facing higher education and the promising practices that can lead to greater student success and college completion rates.
