Sylvia Espelage
Regional Account Executive
Sylvia joined TG in November 2007 with 30 years experience in the student loan industry. Throughout her career, Sylvia has served in many roles, including marketing and sales executive for Bank One Student Loan and Chase Manhattan. Before joining TG, she was director of school relations for Northern California for College Loan Corporation.
Sylvia also spent nine years as a college financial aid counselor — four years at Cincinnati State Technical College and five years at College of Mount St. Joseph.
Sylvia is an active member of California industry trade organizations, including the California Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA), and the California Community College Student Financial Aid Administrators Association (CCCSFAAA). She earned a bachelor's degree from College of Mount St. Joseph.

Amy Kasper
Regional Account Executive
Amy joined TG in December 2007 as a regional account executive in California. She has 14 years of experience in the student loan industry, all of it in Southern California.
Amy was an account executive for FinanSure Student Loans and also served four years as assistant vice president and account executive for Southern California and Arizona with SunTrust Education Loans. She also worked in the financial aid office of Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, Ca., including four years as director.
Amy earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois.

Kathy Campbell Palmer
Regional Account Executive
Kathy joined TG in October 2006 with more than 15 years experience in higher education finance. Throughout her career, Kathy has served in many roles, including academic service representative for Sallie Mae and executive director for regional sales for Chase Bank. Before coming to TG, she held a regional director position with National Student Loan Program, or NSLP.
Kathy is an active member of several financial aid industry trade organizations, including the California Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA), the Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA), the California Community College Student Financial Aid Administrator's Association (CCCSFAAA), and the California Lenders for Education (CLFE).
Kathy has a bachelor's degree from Lee University.
