Carmen joined TG in December 2007 as the company's first corporate account executive. She leads TG's efforts in developing relationships with national for-profit postsecondary education schools.

Carmen has 24 years of experience in the student financial aid industry. She served five years with College Loan Corporation as a senior vice president of school relations. Her previous experience includes two years as a director of business development for Collegiate Funding Services in Fredericksburg, Va., and three years as a sales executive for Bank One Education Finance Group in Phoenix. She also worked 10 years at Apollo Group, Inc., the parent company of University of Phoenix campuses, in various training, compliance and management positions. Carmen is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Carmen has a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management degree from the University of Phoenix.
