Greg joined TG in March 2006 with more than five years experience in higher education and financial aid. Prior to joining TG, he worked as a business analyst, student loan coordinator, and graduate and athletic scholarship coordinator at Florida International University in Miami.

Greg holds a master's degree and bachelor's degrees from Florida International University.

Paulette Manarchuck
Regional Account Executive

Paulette Manarchuck joined TG in December 2007 with 12 years of experience in the student loan industry, all with American Education Services in Harrisburg, PA. From 1998 to 2006, Paulette served as the education service group coordinator for AES for New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.

She also has experience in customer service and guarantor relations, as well as event planning. Paulette earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA.

Doug Savage
Senior Regional Account Executive

Doug Savage joined TG in June 2004 with 14 years of higher education and financial aid experience. Prior to joining TG, Doug served as director of financial aid for Okaloosa-Walton College in Niceville, FL. He also served as chair of the Florida Community College Financial Aid Directors Commission for three years and as chair of the Financial Aid Commission for the Florida Association of Community Colleges (FACC) for five years. In 2003, Doug received the FACC Distinguished Service Award. Doug is an active member of the Florida, Southern, and National Associations of Financial Aid Administrators. He served as FASFAA Region 1 Representative for three years, and as chair of the AASFAA National Legislative Committee.

Doug holds a specialist's degree from the University of West Florida, a master's degree from Troy University, and a bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
