This, That, and the Other...

In the past two years, TG has approved more than $600,000 in student loan forgiveness for more than 125 teachers who qualified through the federal teacher loan forgiveness program. Tonight at 6 p.m. CST, student loan borrowers can join a live chat event to learn more about this and other loan forgiveness, discharge, and cancellation options.

Chat topics will include how to determine eligibility for loan forgiveness, how to apply, and where to find more information on financial aid for higher education. Anyone with Internet access can join in the chat by visiting
mapping-your-future.org.

The chat is being offered by Mapping Your Future, a public service website co-sponsored by TG and other guarantors. The site offers a general listing of loan forgiveness programs at mapping-your-future.org/
