On Sunday, March 21, 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the U.S. Senate's version of the health care reform bill, also known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA, H.R. 3590). They also passed the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HCERA, H.R. 4872). What are the next steps for these two pieces of landmark legislation?
