Registration

All individuals who plan to attend the conference are required to register.

TG will offer a daily registration fee this year. To attend a full day of sessions on Thursday, April 8, the registration fee is $50. Half-day programs are available on Wednesday, April 7 and Friday, April 9 at $25 per day. A $75 discount registration fee is offered for participants attending all three days.

Please note, a fee of $25 will be assessed for registration after March 19, 2010.

Payment is due by conference check-in.

Photo Release and Consent
By submission of this registration form, the registrant agrees to the following: I grant permission to Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (TG), its agents, representatives and employees, to use my name, voice, and photographic or videotape images resulting from my participation in the TG Annual Conference for use in TG publications or promotions, whether print, electronic, digital, or electronic publishing on the Internet. I assign all rights to these images to TG, and I am 18 years of age or older.


Registration Fee Refund Policy

  1. In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be made in writing via e-mail or fax (512) 219-4525.
  2. The date of the cancellation shall be the date the written request is received in the TG office.
  3. Please provide the name of the registrant canceling and the address to mail any refund check. Refunds for a credit card payment will be reversed to the original credit card account.
  4. No requests for refunds will be honored after close of business (5:00 p.m. CST) April 6, 2010.
  5. Substitutions will be allowed through the start of the conference April 7, 2010.
