Registration

All conference attendees are required to register.

TG will offer a variety of registration options to accommodate your training needs and budgets. Registration options include:
  • Tuesday, April 3$70
    A full-day agenda with breakfast and lunch
  • Wednesday, April 4$70
    A full-day agenda including various workshop options with breakfast and lunch
  • Thursday, April 5$70
    A full-day agenda with breakfast and lunch

Discounted Rates

Special discounts are available for options customized to your needs and budgets. Discounts will be applied based on your conference selections in the registration boxes below.

  • Tuesday, April 3 - Thursday, April 5 (Three-day option) — $150

    Wednesday Default Aversion track and various workshop options
    Thursday Financial Literacy and College Access and Success tracks

  • Special Note for High or Middle School Counselors
    Topics of most interest to counselors are highlighted on Wednesday, April 4th and Thursday, April 5th agendas. Special discounted registration rates are being offered to middle school and high school counselors: $50 per day or $75 for both Wednesday and Thursday.

Please note, a $25 late registration fee will be applied for registrations received after March 12, 2012.

Registration Fee Refund Policy

  1. In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be made in writing via email or fax (512) 219-4989.
  2. The date of the cancellation shall be the date the written request is received in the TG office.
  3. Please provide the name of the registrant canceling and the address to mail any refund check. Refunds for a credit card payment will be reversed to the original credit card account.
  4. No requests for refunds will be honored after close of business (5:00 p.m. CST) March 30, 2012.
  5. Substitutions will be allowed through the start of the conference April 3, 2012.
