You are now responsible for your campus' default aversion activities. Where do you start, what do you do, and what will be expected? This workshop will include topics such as default rate basics, counseling borrowers, and getting started. Participants should leave this session with a better understanding of methods for improving default aversion outcomes, successful practices, and more.
