DFW Airport Marriott North Shuttle Instructions

• If you have “Checked Luggage,” retrieve it first.
• At each Baggage Claim area there is a Hotel Kiosk with courtesy telephones.
• Once you approach the center, you can select accommodations by selecting the Dallas/Forth Worth Airport Marriott North. Once you get to the property’s page, there is a call button. Press this button, you will be prompted to pick up the telephone receiver to the left of the screen.
• The operator will ask the last name(s) of the person calling and/or the people in the party.
• The operator will ask the Baggage Claim number, (i.e. A16, C2). The caller will then be asked to take the escalator to the lower level and wait under a Grey Courtesy Van sign.
• It is the standard of the DFW Airport Marriott hotel to pick up a guest within 15 minutes of the call. The hotel van is primarily red with white trim and red lettering
• The hotel is less than one mile outside the north entrance to the airport.
