- Day One — A half-day Default Aversion Boot Camp designed specifically for new financial aid staff
Join TG's Default Aversion Consultants for a half-day boot camp event intended to prepare those who are new to default aversion processes. Specifically designed and reserved for those with a year or less in default aversion, this boot camp will offer topics that include: life of the loan, default rate basics, counseling borrowers, and getting started. Participants will leave these sessions with a better understanding of methods for DA, some proven best practices, and a support system to help them succeed.
- Day Two — A full day of Default Aversion Training to benefit both new and veteran financial aid staff
Join us for the following full day at a workshop for anyone that strives to help their institution succeed at lowering their Cohort Default rate. This full day will focus on 3 year rates, financial literacy for creating successful students, enhanced counseling, repayment options, and creating a campus network of support. Participants should leave this session with a better understanding of methods for improving default aversion outcomes, successful practices, and more.
Register for either or both days of the Default Workshop.
