This webinar offers an instructive overview of the impacts of the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act (ECASLA). Participants will hear an overview of the programs created to combat the lack of liquidity in the financial markets, including the Loan Participation Purchase program; the Loan Purchase Commitment program; and the Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Conduit program. This program is intended for the school FFELP community.
