List Assist℠ Enhancements — Survey for Alternative Loans (for current users)

Starting October 30, 2009, TG's List Assist℠ will support alternative loans. In addition, a collection of other enhancements were developed and implemented in response to user input.

Schools will now be able to:

  • Identify the type of loan survey to be distributed: FFELP or alternative.
  • Provide more information to lenders, such as education level and graduate program, to assist in the survey response process.
  • Access a library of survey questions created with help from financial aid professionals specific to FFELP or alternative loan types.
  • Add custom questions and modify the order of all survey categories and questions based on school priorities

Lenders can also benefit from enhancements, which include:

  • An updated survey invitation e-mail with:
    • Loan type: FFELP or alternative loans;
    • Additional information such as education level and graduate program for alternative loans;
    • Notification if a school does not allow late responses; and
    • Subject line showing school name/code.
  • The survey end date, now displayed in the survey.
