TG Integrated Default Assistant™(IDA™) Update for New Users

This webinar will provide an overview of IDA, TG's Integrated Default Assistant, a tool for helping schools, lenders, and servicers to lower default. Included will be an overview of recent enhancements.

Topics discussed will include:

  • Accessing and using a variety of preformatted reports to help schools, servicers, and lenders focus on at-risk student borrowers
  • Using letter-writing capabilities which allow schools to communicate directly with borrowers who may be at risk of delinquency or default
  • Creating customizable reports available to download or print
  • Performing queries to pinpoint at-risk populations
  • Accessing IDA as a separate Web-based application, or as part of AdvanTG Web™
  • Sending e-mail messages to borrowers
  • Forecasting a school's 3-year Cohort Default Rate
  • Identifying borrowers at higher risk of default based on specific attributes:
    • Last Enrollment Status (Graduated, Less Than Half Time, or Withdrawn)
    • Highest Academic Level Achieved
    • By both Last Enrollment Status and Highest Academic Level Achieved
  • Communicating only with specific groups of borrowers identified using key risk factors
  • Identifying and printing letters or sending e-mail messages only for those delinquent borrowers who can impact a cohort default rate, or identifying delinquent borrowers for specific delinquency ranges
  • Printing correspondence for borrowers in delinquency in English, in Spanish, or in both languages
